Targeted method identifying up to 8 ceramides and 3 sphingolipids using UPLC-QTRAP MS/MS with specific predetermined MRMs. Molar values are quantified (nM) using individual calibration standards and internal standards as surrogates. Compounds include ceramides, dihydroceramides, and sphingosines.
